Team Parenting the Toddler Years

Parenting doesn't have to hinder connection with your partner! Sure, the early years of parenting need all hands on deck. But what if parenting could actually deepen your relationship? This course sets up practical steps to take as a couple toward common goals, language, and expectations that are right for your family. Broken down into four Pillars, the course: 1) starts with each of you as individuals, 2) brings you together as a team, 3) gives you space and prompts to set expectations that work for you in your parenting context, 4) and nurtures a mindset of curiosity. Rather than tell you what to do in team parenting, our goal is to set you up to talk it out and cast a vision for your team in your unique life situation! The course is set up for you to go through at your own pace and on your schedule. Typically, it takes couples 2-3 weeks to go through it but because it's rooted in conversation, you set the pace!
